Yesterday np training peg until my hand is already damn pain lah then today got the dragon boat thingy make my hand even more pain lah...zz.and after abt 4hr like this,my skin all turn red and is quite pain lor...and i am very tired...cuz today i wake up at 8am...so at abt 6pm i suddenly felt asleep..lol...BUT it is very fun..its worth it...
